Located in Northeast Queens
The BCCA is located in one of the easternmost points of Queens along the Nassau County line.
Our boundaries are Hillside Avenue to the north, Cross Island Parkway to the west, 87th Drive to the south and Little Neck Parkway to the east.
The BCCA is part of Community Board 13Q and is in Community School District 26.
The BCCA consists of approximately 1,200 homes in a primarily single family district located entirely in a restrictive R2 zone with some small commercial stores along Hillside Avenue.
