BCCA Directors Meeting Minutes
April 6, 1942 to June 3, 1947
(Binder 1)
The binder was in great condition considering the age and were held together by two screws which had to be carefully unscrewed to remove pages for scanning. The volume is 68 pages long including the front and rear cover.
The first page of minutes starts off with discussions about suspending the Constitution and By-Laws of our civic during the war. Many discussions and decisions were made by our civic during this time. Conversations were even had about our war veterans coming home and what was needed to be done for them.
It’s a great example of how active our civic was then as It is now in maintaing the great quality of life here in OUR BELLEROSE and advocating for it’s residents.
